The Women in Scleroderma nonprofit provides support, education, resources and coaching to women pursuing professional careers in scleroderma.
Through online and in-person peer coaching, informative webinars and confidential support services, we empower women to navigate their journeys in the field of scleroderma with knowledge, community and resilience.
We monitor and sensitize the scleroderma community on gender disparity in leadership positions, committee membership, and authorship in this field
We create a safe space for women to share their professional challenges to inspire efforts to guide women to overcome the unique challenges they face
We connect women at every career stage, including pre-career, to a global network of people and resources
We provide resources and cultivate collaborations to support access to training and career development opportunities for women in scleroderma
We help women realize their potential to achieve their goals in scleroderma research and clinical care
