Women in Scleroderma (WINS) provides community and resources for women pursuing careers in scleroderma. The WINS Advisory Board curated a list of online resources, literature, and leadership training opportunities, to help women working in this field fulfill their dreams and thrive.
The mission of WINS is to educate, support and empower women researchers and clinicians in scleroderma. WINS was founded by women to address unique challenges women face with leadership representation, committee selection, promotion, and much more.
Since 2023, WINS has served over 200 women through webinars, coaching and social networks. WINS members know that their community supports them. When we lift each other higher, everyone around us, from our patients to our research staff, is lifted up too.
